Tressmerize is happy to provide a full refund or exchange on all Tressmerize products that were not worn and are returned to us in original packaging and condition with a warranty tag attached.
Please note, we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges on products that are returned to us with the WARRANTY TAG REMOVED.
Why Tressmerize hair products are non-refundable if opened?
Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product. Federal law prohibits the return of human hair products that have been used, and that includes “trying them on”.
We allow our customers to open the product to inspect for quality, color and length. If upon the inspection you feel that the product isn't something that you will use, do not remove the WARRANTY TAG that is attached to the product.
PLEASE DO NOT WEAR THE PRODUCT IF YOU'RE PLANNING ON RETURNING IT. Used hair cannot be returned for refund or exchange (no exceptions). Please read the return policy thoroughly before making your purchase.
How do I make an exchange or return?
Follow the steps below for a return or exchange:
1. Email us at email@example.com with a brief description of why you'd like to return or exchange a product. Follow the instructions provided in the envelope that comes with your package.
2. All Tressmerize products must be shipped back in their original packaging and not have the WARRANTY TAG removed or a return/exchange will not be issued.
3. Returns are paid by Tressmerize to all US Residents.
4. The invoice and return form must be included with your return. Not including the invoice will result in a delayed refund or exchange.
5. All returns must be sent back to us using USPS. Tressmerize cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
6. After we receive your package, allow up to 48 hours for your refund or exchange to be processed.
All prices on the website include FREE standard shipping in the USA.
Your Tressmerize is shipped from New York.
You will receive a notification when your order is shipped to you. We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
If you place your order on Friday, your order will be shipped the following Monday.
United States USPS Priority 2 - 3 Business Days.
International USPS Priority 5 – 15 Business Days. Duties and customs are charged by your country
Slow-to-Ship International Countries (4-8 weeks) - Indonesia, Germany, Australia, Brazil, Italy, Netherlands and Romania.
Tracking Your Order: Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours).
You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package.
If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us.
Please allow 1 – 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order.

All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation.
If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) or UPS (1-800-742-5877) in order to investigate this issue.
We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
USA State Sales Taxes: Please note that Tressmerize will charge New York state tax at the rate applicable for the county of the purchaser.
These collected taxes are mandated by the local state governments and Tressmerize in no way benefits from this.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER: It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. Orders are generally shipped the same business day.
If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so the address can be corrected for you.
However, we will NOT be able to correct address errors for orders placed between 12 am and 5 am EST, as it will already be in processing or shipped. If your order is already processing or has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the address.
If it does gets returned back to us, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund. (NOTE: If you paid for shipping and the package was returned to us due to incorrect address, and you’d like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the shipping fees)
