What to do for Thinning Hair in Women

What to do for Thinning Hair in Women

Today I am going to share some of my own Tips for Adding Volume in Thinning Hair.

It’s very common that women of any age get hair thinning. I put together some of the great tips that will help with adding volume for hair thinning. I hope that you will find these tips helpful and that you will try them yourself.

Tip #1. Switch up your part.

We tend to wear our hair parted in the same direction that our hair becomes flat and gets use to being that way, by switch it to different parts weekly you will see instant volume to your hair. And your hair will not be able to get use to being always the same way.

Tip #2 Use Less Heat!

This is so obvious, but our thin hair can become very brittle and dry from daily heat. Opt to air dry your hair when ever you can.

Tip #3 Always Use Heat Protecting Spray

When you can’t avoid heat, remember to always use heat protecting spray. The heat protecting spray acts as a barrier between your thin hair and heat and your hair will thank you for it.

Tip #4 Add curls or waves

Curls instantly add boost to our thin hair. For a healthy heat free waves. Add voluminous moose throughout your damp hair and braid two braids on each side. Wait until the braids are completely dry and let them out. You will have instant beach waves.

Tip #5 Lift your Roots.
Add root lifting spray to the roots and dry your hair. Your hair will get the volume exactly where it needs at your roots.

Tip #6 Don’t use to much product.
We all think that if we add more product we will get volume. Maybe right at the beginning but once your heavy products dries out it will wait your hair down. I usually use dry shampoo or light wait moose for that instant volume.
