Tressmerize is happy to provide a full refund or exchange on all Tressmerize products that were not worn and are returned to us in original packaging and condition with a warranty tag attached.
Please note, we are unable to offer any refunds or exchanges on hair extensions, hair toppers or kits that are returned to us with the VOID WARRANTY TAG REMOVED.
1. Why Tressmerize hair extensions system is non-refundable if opened?
Human hair extensions are considered to be a hygienic product. Federal law prohibits the return of human hair products, that have been used and that includes “trying them on”. We allow our customers to open the product to inspect for quality, color and length which is easier to make a decision whether a product will work for you, If upon the inspection you feel that the product isn't something that you will use, do not remove the WARRANTY TAG that is attached to the product.
PLEASE DO NOT WEAR THE PRODUCT IF YOU'RE PLANNING ON RETURNING IT. Used hair extensions system can not be returned for refund or exchange (no exceptions).

2. How do I make an exchange or return?
Follow the steps below for a return or exchange:
1. Email us at email@example.com
with a brief description of why you like to return or exchange your system.
Please do not send back the product until your receive a response from us. We will then provide your with return information via email for your return.
2. RETURNS are paid by Customer.
3. Package the product and invoice properly for shipping. The sales invoice must be included with your return. Not included the invoice or your order number will result in a delayed refund or exchange, as well as not be able to track your transaction & payment information.
3. All returns must be sent back to us using USPS. Tressmerize can not be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
4. After we receive your package, allow up to 48 hours for your refund or exchange to be processed.
All Tressmerize hair extension kit must be shipped back in it’s original packaging and not have WARRANTY TAG REMOVED or a return/exchange will not be issued.
3. Do I have to pay for the shipping or my return ?
Yes, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Your order must be shipped back via an insured trackable method as we can not be held responsible for any lost or misdirected returns.
4. When will I receive my refund or exchange?
Return and exchanges will be processed within 48 hours of receiving your return item.
