These countries had number of lost packages. Unfortunatly we do NOT ship to Russia, Ukraine, India, UAE, Qatar, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia.
Tracking Your Order: Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (this may take up to 48 hours).
You will receive a second confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped which will include your tracking number and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us.
Please allow 1 – 4 days for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order.

If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS (1-800-ASK-USPS) or UPS (1-800-742-5877) in order to investigate this issue.
We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information that states the package has been delivered to your order address.
USA State Sales Taxes: Please note that Tressmerize will charge New York state tax at the rate applicable for the county of the purchaser. These collected taxes are mandated by the local state governments and Tressmerize in no way benefits from this.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER: It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. Orders are generally shipped the next business day. If you made an error in your shipping address, please contact us at email@example.com before 5pm EST the day of your order, so the address can be corrected for you.
However, we will NOT be able to correct address errors for orders placed between 12 am and 5 am EST, as it will already be in processing or shipped. If your order is already processing or has been shipped, we are no longer able to change the address.
The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to us, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund. (NOTE: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due incorrect address, if you’d like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for upgraded shipping fees)
